A modern monochromatic and luxury concept is a popular choice recently. We transformed this 5 Bedroom HDB unit into a home that not only brings elegance, but also gives a timeless look. The transformation resulted in a flexible living space with a contemporary walk-in wardrobe and full height TV feature wall and settee amongst other unique and interesting features. Our clients absolutely loved our take on the traditional marble wall with black and white touches as well as their new bifold glass partition that made this home truly versatile and one of a kind.

Being able to convert and transform your living space to make room for your passions is a dream come true for many. We opened up this living room and gave a new lease of life by creating a see through study area that is able to connect work and play. Instead of creating an enclosed private room, see through windows help bring light and space to the entire home.

2. Modern Monochrome Luxury Concept

The modern monochrome luxury concept of the home is one that conveys peace and elegance. To really put forth this classic theme, we paired it with a dark grey granite backdrop to the TV console and matching fittings. The colours are deep, clean and simple which really helps one relax after a long day and makes the home very liveable and cosy. The process:

3. Walk-In Wardrobe

Honestly, who wouldn't want a walk-in wardrobe? Beautiful custom carpentry grace the interior of our client's brand new walk in wardrobe. We paired in set lightings to illuminate outfits and a corner vanity table for getting ready. The reflective glass panel doors make deciding what to wear in the morning an absolute breeze.

4. Open Concept Kitchen

An open concept kitchen really allows the living space to open up entirely and allows social gatherings in the kitchen and living spaces. The issue with this is that the kitchen must match the living space well and great design means that everything matches - even the cabinetry and appliance nooks and crannies. To fully express the monochrome lux feel of the entire space, we designed dark grey cabinetry that brings peace and calm to the home. It's an absolute joy to make your favourite meal in the kitchen of your dreams.

5. Smart Home Configuration

A top notch home will be designed to include top notch configurations and switches. The client requested that thier home be a smart one so we were sure to install smart lightings that allowed one to choose the brightness of their ceilings lights. We also installed sound activated controls to control the lightings, TV, music and even air conditioning!

Overall, we certainly enjoyed this project and really enjoyed creating this beautiful home. Credits to our suppliers, our workers who contributed to this renovation project. Without their hard work, our ideas can never come into reality.
